  My wife and I have been customers of Banana Republic since the 90's and routinely now use this location. The service is at best mediocre. Most of the staff prefers to have personal conversations with each other while standing behind the register counter. Rarely will they even look up to acknowledge a customer coming from either entrance. Rarely see smiling faces anymore either, what happened here? It previously was always a happy and inviting experience but that is not the case anymore. We love the clothing as it suits our work and daily life preferences but I think we've made our last visit to this location. I'll grudgingly go the store in Northstar, which is saying a lot because we loathe malls, but I'd rather deal with the mall then walk in a place where the employees don't have interest in you as a customer let alone want to help you.
