  Nice store. Easy shopping experience with plentiful sales and a very attentive staff. Beats the hell out of a department store, which to me is like standard cable television: 99.6% of the additional programming available isn't useful to me...as are 99.6% of the available shirts at Nordstrom. clothes I'll wear at a price I can afford, and I don't have to brave the megawatt lighting and stench of the fragrance section on the way in.

  Always super helpful staff, never super busy. They do like to tell you about the BR credit card, but that's probably like that at all there stores.

  Quality for men's clothing is outstanding and hasn't changed too much over the years with pricing staying consistent. Great sales staff!

  Huge selection from casual to trendy to suit options. The store is clean and well arranged, the staff knowledgeable and friendly.

  I have moved from London to Seattle and one thing that struck me was the stores are not as well maintained in Seattle as they were in London. Banana Republic is one of few exceptions. The store and the merchandise is well spaced out, I was well attended throughout and the deals during the year end sales were really sweet. Their effort to position themselves in the mid segment is not only in their price but also in quality of their offering
