  Dan delivered absolutely superior customer service! Not only was he able to help me find what I was looking for (in my difficult-to-find size), he also went very above and beyond by offering to find another article of clothing in a separate store that had my size. He even followed up with me via phone so I didn't have to wait around! Superior customer service Dan. You are my hero for the day!!! I hope your supervisor reads this because said person is definitely doing something right... and shopping is my LEAST favorite thing. Ever. I will not hesitate to come back to this store. P.s. Every other employee else was genuinely friendly and had a brilliant and welcoming presence.

  This is a great Banana Republic. While it isn't a flagship, it is by no means small. They have plenty of stuff...seemingly everything (except Heritage and Monogram collections). The store is also very well maintained, which is great.
