  Stopped in because i forgot to give a review when they had opened. Went during a busy hour, many locals from the immediate area. Staff was friendly and courteous. Service was average. Price is made up for with quantity. The food arrives very hot which is something i can appreciate. Quality ingredients, overall the food was good. Like the chinese restaurant they replaced, this one has good quality takeout which im sure will be popular. May come back with a friend.

  Waited on delivery for about 30 min when quoted 20min max... we called and checked on the delivery. After stating that we wanted to pay over the phone instead of when it was delivered to our door, and you have my address on file still correct. We were told to give our card number again and they charged for a delivery fee!! Seriously your person who answered the phone took 10 min to take a smiple order then messes up which type of order it was you want to charge more for delivery!! Update about an hour later... So not only was half the food(full of meat) leaking and leaked all over food for a vegetarian. They also didn't bring an item we order and we are now forced to wait an hour and a half for the item. I am also sick from the egg drop soup which I could distinctly taste the metal from the pot which tells me it was the soup from the bottom of the pot... No apologies for any of what's happening.. never again. Won't be ordering from here. I never updated on anything. So not only was delivery and hour and a half, then they didn't have 2 more items that were ordered. We then had to wait another hour and a half to get those other items! The next day all of us(6 people) got very ill and couldn't go to work. When I called to speak to a manager the next day I was told that there were no managers(on a Saturday) and never got a call back.

  This place has the best Chinese food in Tucson. The service is always amazing, every single person on staff is friendly and willing to bend over backwards to get you what you need. Every time we go we get different new things and have never been disappointed. They are very accommodating to alterations from their menu.

  Best Chinese I've had so far, and super underrated. The food comes out very quickly every time, even when it's busy. They also have boba tea! My only complaint is sometimes the food isn't always prepared the same depending on what day you go in. For example, I usually order beef and broccoli, and normally the onions in it are cooked. But sometimes, especially lately, the onions are left raw whereas all the other vegetables are cooked. To each their own I guess, but it's an inconsistency that has been bothering me. Otherwise, great food.

  Food is absolutely delicious and fresh made. However the reason I give 3 stars is that the staff could be a little more efficient. Sometimes I (or my party and I) are ignored for quite a while before we have to flag down a server. Also I do a lot of take out, and a lot of condiments are not put in esp. when assured about it. I really like this place, again great food, nice atmosphere and really quaint so I hope this review can help.
