  My sister is having a baby and am trying to surprise her with something special..but I know little about baby stuff :/ However, suzie the sales girl was very helpful and attentive to my needs and concerns. I couldn't believe how mindful she was of their huge inventory! Never thought that shopping for baby things would be a good experience but it was and I'm extremely satisfied. Thanks bambi baby!

  Very happy with their selection. Sales people were not pushy at all, just very helpful. In the end I’m excited for my new furniture!!

  SUPERB customer service, especially Nichole, R. She walked us through with her expert advice from start to finish w/ picking out the perfect nursery furniture set. We trusted her to steer us right and SHE DID. We love the set. There was NO hidden cost. They honored the sales discounts. We were notified of the shipment/delivery that were right on point. Can't say enough about Bambi Baby. I would NOT shop anywhere else. We are in St. Louis and they are in NY.

  Fantastic store and fantastic staff! John's knowledge of everything baby furniture is really incredible! It's only exceeded by his enthusiasm in helping you. The time he spends with you and his honest advice really leaves you feeling confident that you'll find what's right for you and your baby. So glad we found John and Bambi Baby!

  I can't believe how amazing this store is!! I haven't placed an order yet, but will as soon as we measure the room. I have to say, the sales girl Susie was absolutely amazing!! She really knows her stuff for such a young girl. She helped us narrow down our color options based on the paint and floor colors we chose. She's also an interior designer, so I trust her opinion 100%! Not only did she help with color, but she had some great advice. As a new mother to be, I didn't know half of the stuff she told us. This chick knows her stuff. I will definitely be coming back for my next child. It's like how Behr's used to be before they sold the name (according to what my mother told me). Apparently they don't work on commission so no one bugs you. She was able to tell if I needed assistance without me even having to ask. She never hovered. No one there hovers. They just want to help you find the best furniture for your needs. I can go on and on, but I think my point has been made. GO TO BAMBI BABY!
