  My wife and I have been living here for approximately a year and a half. We could not have been more blessed. This building is in an excellent location, walking distance to the hustle and bustle of Market Street as well as the beauty of Golden Gardens. My favorite thing about this place as well is the cafe located on the first floor. Friendly staff and great happy hours 7 days a week.

  Great apartments, great roof, great view (can see a bit of downtown seattle overhill)

  I took a tour of a bunch of units here and was very impressed. I almost pulled the trigger on a loft but ended up not signing because Ballard is just too much of a pain. If you are ok with Ballard and can spend a little extra, this is the place to check out.

  Beautiful building with great staff to take care of your needs and concerns. Plus the neighbors are awesome! And we have amazing views!
