  Wow, this place is great. There aren't many vacant lots around anymore. This is the real deal. The owners of this place have spared no expense here. They not only have installed dirt but there are rocks too. Would be a great place to gather with some friends for a game of stick ball. But it's likely someone will call the man of you were to try and have some fun like that.
