  I called another company that 'fixed' my problem but the issue resurfaced in 2 days. Called them back to address but got the worst run around for about 4 days. Looked up reviews before calling the next company and stumbled on this company. I was blessed to get George, a true gentleman that clearly cares about his work, ethics and the people he serves. Very hard these days to get people that keep their word and give you the honest truth. I highly recommend George and Balkan if they have more Georges. The guy is golden, a rare breed.   George came to my home because of a problem with my sewer. He exceeded my expectation from his personality to his professional knowledge of what was my problem. I was extremely happy with his service and would recommend him to my friends and family. Thank you George!!

  Save the day George, the best plumber in the city. Fresh hair cut, shiney shoes George is on point. My drain was clodding up and backing up into my basement, I had stink water all over. Tried a few plumbers and all I hear is Let’s try a camera ! Or it might be this ! or it might be that! I’m sick of them all. George showed up and got right to the point, he snaked it and got the water flying through, something I wasn’t able to do. George is very skillful, a people person and he doesn’t mind explaining things to you as you work along the job. I recommend Balkan and George as the main plumber.

  My man George to the rescue. Shoes were shinning gloves were clean and a total professional. He gave me a bottle of cold water to calm my nerves while talking me through his every step. The price is high the job was well done. Thank you George.....
