  I've been going to this nail salon for years, but i've become more and more disappointed with the service here. I was attracted to the service and ambiance of this spa originally. They used to be very clean, sterilizing tools after each customer but I've noticed this is a thing of the past. I frequently have to ask the staff to clean things before using them on me. There's an employee there that can't paint nails to save a life and shouldn't be working there.

  EXCELLENT!!!! I was a regular customer of another nail salon in Carlee Place area. There was a recent storm and my place closed. I checked out this place Baldwin Nail & Spa and I was more than happy. Very clean, relaxing, inviting, friendly...and most of all, they are up to date with nail designs and technique which the previous salon was missing. Kenny is awesome; he has a wonderful energy...always smiling laughing and may even do a dance for you. You won't be disappointed by this true gem of Baldwin.

  This spa worth 5 stars. ! always clean and the crew is great.
