  Been going to Balans for many years. They have great food and great prices and a great happy hour each day. Staff is great ! People watching is great!

  LOVE the vibe both indoors and outdoors. Great boozy brunch for a group of friends in the center of Brickell. Perfect for a dinner date to do some people watching with a drink or two. Balan’s is a favorite in Miami for business lunch meeting. Run by cute British gentleman with a great accent who often comes by to say hello and check on your meal. Make in your local favorite spot !! Can’t go wrong.

  Had to send back coffee as it had lipstick all over the brim. Breakfast Food was good but what is up with the bathrooms and the glass see through doors, and front wall, all glass, so that anyone walking by can see you using the toilet. I don't know about anyone else but I like privacy when I am using the toilet.

  Balans is a Brickell staple, has been around longer than most of the residents. It is a solid spot for breakfast on the patio, meetings, lunch, dinner and even late night. I always get the 2 eggs breakfast and they do the poached eggs perfectly. For lunch, the crab and citrus salad is amazing. At happy hour, the hummus platter is great, or crab cakes or the wings. Lately, they've been setting up a Bloody Mary bar on Saturdays that is CRAZY. Every topping you can think of. Go here and see.

  The only thing better than an October Sunday morning in Miami below 80 degrees...is starting the day with a fantastic brunch. Today I was fortunate to have both! Balans has been my go-to brunch spot in Brickell for years...but something has recently changed this bustling, yet relaxing eatery, from good to great. The servers were more than welcoming and gracious from start to finish. My spinach stuffed omelette came piping hot, the Swiss cheese melted perfectly...and most importantly, with clean flavors. My mimosa was the cherry on top! Definitely stop in for a nice weekend bite. The menu, while offering many breakfast staples, also has a variety of tasty eclectic creations.
