  Wow ! What can I say !?This Studio will forever hold a special place in my heart not only because I teach here but because I consider it a home away from home. Classes here really accommodate all practitioners of any age and fitness level, the teachers are very knowledgeable and teach from their heart. Way before I even started teaching I was taking class here because the energy and feeling I acquired after class made my day every time.   This is a great place to heal your mind and body . I like the atmosphere and teachers are friendly and very cooperative . After my lot of research in different yoga studios I found this place where I can learn the authentic yoga. Special thanks to Brian and Luana for sharing their experience and techniques for mantra mediation apart from yoga. I strongly recommend this place .

  i have been a long time balance yogi since moving to woodbridge in 2006. after spending many years studying at studios in jersey city, nyc and santa monica, i was so grateful to find an oasis like balance in my hometown. as a runner, balance provides a calming meditative space when i need it and on some days a place to stretch and realign. easily a 5 star rating in my mind. :-)

  I love this place, they have the best teachers! I feel like when I take classes the teachers are so amazing that the classes are seamless. I totally get lost in the moment between mind, body and breath. When your class is over you will be so relaxed and feel totally refreshed. The studio is also beautiful.
