  Food is sooo GOOD. Chicken is cooked just right. To perfection not undercooked or overcooked. (Not dry) CUSTOMER SERVICE IS GREAT ! Friendly and welcoming. They give you free samples while you wait. Their not greedy with food or pepper or sour. I read someone’s previous review about one of the ladies that works there. I think I know who they are referring to, but honestly she seems like an innocent soul just trying to make some jokes and have you laughing while you’re waiting. It’s harmless jokes she talks a little tough but she’s a sweetheart once you understand she’s just trying to improve your day and hers as well.

  I have been ordering from this restaurant for as long as they have been in business; from small orders to catering orders, and I have often forgive the 2 hours wait for my food to be delivered. However, my recent experience is what got me to giving this restaurant the bad rating. I had an event on May 13th, and a week in advance I placed an order for 36 Dahl Puries. I was advised by the person that took the order to call back the day of the event to confirm and ensure that order is being worked on, which I did. At the time there only seem to be an issue with frying the doubles I also ordered, and I told them it was okay to deliver an hour later than originally planned. About 30 mins before my event started, I received a call from the person that took the order, and was advised that they do not have any dahl Puries. I tried to plead with him, to see if I can at least get 24. The Dahl Puries were apart of my menu and of course the other dishes prepared, was prepared because there was going to be Dahl Puri. All this person can say, was he is sorry. How can you be sorry when you almost ruined my event?? Stressed me out completely, and had my family and I scrambling to find a place where we can order Dahl Puries. Thank God for Sybil Restaurant that was able to prepare me 24 Dahl Puries in one hour. They save the day, and guess what? They will get the better review. My order got screwed up because of carlessness, lack of staff (probably) and no respect for other peoples' time. Never again!!

  A nice little shop on Liberty Ave. The food always smells so fresh and delicious. The bread is freshly baked and melts in your mouth. Never tasted a tennis roll that tasted any better. The owner runs the place very well. Though it is always busy, it doesn't stop the excellent customer service. Whatever you need call and they will cater your way. Not sure why people are writing negative reviews, this is such a warm and welcoming place. Also check out "Roti on the Run" on Fulton street, same owner so you cant accept anything less. Great food, customer service and music. As soon as you get off the subway on Norwood you can smell the deliciously fresh baked bread. Can not go wrong either way.Sasha is also very sweet and helpful.

  Had issues with my order, but the owner being a nice guy took care of everything. If you ever have any problems ask for the owner. Highly recommended. Great food and wonderful customer service from owner.

  Good bakery....terrible service! Super unorganized! The bread is good, the food is amazing when fresh. If service was better/organized, I would've given 4 stars!
