  I was treating here for pain management with their anesthesiologist. Unfortunately, Dr. Pagan left the practice, as he was the only reason I continued treating there. I scheduled an appointment to see their replacement, and I will never go back. The staff have always been mediocre, but this guy is terrible! He doubled my medication after speaking solely to my husband about me, in spite of us making it obvious I was his patient, and had not effectively heard or listened to my concerns about my body. He told me on my way out that he wanted to perform a spinal block on my neck, then left. His staff were very rude when I asked for more information, and one girl literally snatched the paperwork out of my hands (when I asked for a work note for the visit) so she could write the note on the back of my diagnosis.

  I'm honestly at a lost as to where I should begin. To say this this place is completely unprofessional would be an understatement. The owner's wife/HR Manager, Lori El-Bahri is repulsive! A task that should have taken literally a few minutes turned into an entire week and counting. Waiting wouldn't have been an issue had she expressed the slightest bit of concern. As the face or head of a company my experience with her was god-awful. From the looks of other reviews, I don't stand alone with what I’ve experienced. I will be contacting the BBB about this company in hopes that it sheds some light on these issues at this facility. I truly hope that these reviews are read by the owners and that they seriously take action for the betterment of the residents of Jacksonville and the employees of the company. No one should have to deal with a person whom is obviously unhinged.

  Wish I could put 0 stars, the office staff is unprofessional and use foul language with patients. If you have an option, do not go here.

  Horrible! Attempting to request new Dr. The office was an hour late for appointment Dr Bahri came in the room for 3 minutes! Can't get an appointment to see him for another week, intolerable pain and the device I am suppose to get for my arm, no one carries! Call the office and get the run around and supposedly a call back. Never happened. Worst office / Doctor ever been too. At this point I have no use of my left arm. In competent doctors and rude staff, I suggest shopping around. There has to be better.
