  I have only ordered in person and the staff is friendly. I have been eating here for 4 years, the bagels are decent and breakfast is pretty cost effective

  They need to fire the new sandwich guy on staff. This place went from making AMAZING sandwiches worth every penny of $8 spent. The new motto is to skimp on everything. Not worth your time or money at all. Go to Bagel Boy instead, seriously.

  Like another user said... if I could give this place 0 stars I would. The food is actually pretty good, it usually has me full and satisfied. But don't bother unless you're going to be there in person. They have already screwed up FIVE of my orders in a row; I literally order the exact same thing every time and there is ALWAYS something missing from either my or my girlfriend's sandwich. They're super rude on the phone as well; they have staff switching back and forth from the grill to the counter, so you're likely to go off at the person who made your food (and if you make the mistake of accepting replacement food, he'll probably take a deuce in there too). For the love of all that is holy, don't go here unless you're out of options.

  Almost every time I've ordered delivery the order came wrong and missing items. They usually brought the missing items after I called to complain but waiting for syrup for 45 minutes your pancakes typically go cold! The guy who works the phone also the register guy sucks. Extremely rude in person I regret going back so many times. Also it's the only store with a bit-coin machine in my area and numberous times i've gotten there at 7:30pm and they don't let me into use the machine when they claim to be open until 8pm. They stand and push the door closed in your face even though they're still working just to show you they are the boss!!!! This place sucks!!! Don't go in there if you can avoid it!!! Not just one bad experience this is based off half a year trying to be a loyal customer!!! What a Joke.

  We've been ordering a lot lately from this place. Half of the time the orders are wrong, but that could happened to anyone. Today we ordered an oatmeal with milk and bananas! Sounds sooo yummy! What I received was milk with bananas and few oats swimming in this warm milky liquid. So I decided to call and ask for a replacement. What I was told was that "this is how the morning guys made it" and that there isn't anything they can do about it? I asked for a grilled cheese instead and told the man on the phone that things happen and we can go pass this after they deliver my sandwich, but the guy said that he will have to charge me again for this and wont return my money for the oatmeal. because he isn't authorized to make these kind of decisions. I asked for a manager who conveniently wasn't there. My sandwich was never delivered. Horrible experience! Stay away from this place! Unacceptable customer service!
