  Food is good but you ask for somrthing they give you another and charges you more and they act like they didn’t hear you I know the prices I order. The same this everyday

  GREAT bagels and GREAT prices. Customer service isn't super friendly, but...that's not what I'm paying for, tbh. I see a lot of I people knocking them for that in the reviews, but you know...people have different personalities. If you don't want to deal with someone being a bit gruff, don't go here. Then again, if you aren't feeling chatty this might be your ideal spot!

  Great bagels, coffee, and sandwiches at reasonable prices. I've been coming here since they opened in 1988, and I've always been happy with the quality of the food and the service.

  Bagels are great , coffee taste fine. However one time I went there during the weekday and employee Jose gave me attitude followed by unpleasant look out of nothing. Made me feel very uncomfortable. There’s another bagel place one block away, will start going there service is much better.

  I've gone here on occasion and ever time I got a bacon egg and cheese. they always put 2 pieces of bacon, I walked in knowing this and said "can you put extra bacon please" he says "sure".... when I got home ready to enjoy my everything bagel toasted with bacon egg and cheese extra bacon. I come to find 1 small strip of bacon. I honestly feel disrespected.
