  So I got a blt with bacon and so I guess the grill was off so they microwaved it and it was super soggy . Also I SAID NO MAYONNAISE 2 TIMES and why it was on my sandwich? I don’t know

  Excellent service and the best bagels on L I. Also my favorite chocolate chip cookies.

  On several occasions to this bagel store there is no counter person ready or on the register for quick pay for an easy dozen bagel order.. I ordered ahead of time over the phone they asked for my phone number, my name in my order... getting there 10 to 15 minutes later my order is not ready. I am the only one in the store because it's incredibly early, no reason for the delay. Waiting an extra 10m for my called in food (egg sandwich and home fries). On top of all that.. the portions are small and thin. Home fries small is actually a diet kids size. Only positive.. food is 7/10. But the service is appalling 3/10. 1 star is for the continuous failings.

  This is my favorite bagel place in the area. Their French toast bagels are wonderful. Except they usually run out within a couple hours of opening and they are often small and don't let them rise enough (believe it's called proofing). That's why I only gave 4 stars. Great flavored cream cheeses also. Never ordered any real food from here so I can't comment. Although I do get a sausage, egg, and cheese on roll from time to time which is also very good, if a little overpriced. All in all a 4 star place like I said. Very good but not the best on long island (which it would have to be to earn 5 stars from me). Also on a side note bagels are only $8.50 A dozen Mon, Tues and I think Wed. Otherwise they are $12

  We have been coming here for years, never disappointed. Our Family visits often from out of town always order a few dozen bagels to take home. Super friendly.
