  My mother and I had dined in for breakfast and I have to say, they should just stick to making bagels. Our eggs were over hard instead of over easy like we asked. The home fries were just potatoes cut into chunks, zero flavor, they were dry and they tasted as if they were week old potatoes mixed with fresh.

  This place is HORRIBLE! The service is SO slow and my order is NEVER right from this place. I order a very simple bacon, egg, cheese with salt, pepper and ketchup on an egg bagel... easy enough, right? Wrong. What I get handed to me is a soggy disgusting greasy mess! The eggs had so much grease they were sliding off the bagel, AND they were prepared over easy, there was barely any ketchup, oh and they never put on the bacon! I was the only customer with a kitchen order. The place wasn’t busy at all, there’s just no reason that I had to get a sandwich handed to me like that. I never leave reviews but this is the 3rd time I’ve had this kind of experience at this place. I want to like them because the women are nice there but that’s about it. I just wasted money this morning - oh and I ordered a hungry man too for my husband and that came the same damn way! Soggy, greasy mess and it was missing the meat!!! Needless to say, I’ve still got a ‘hungry man’ here at home! Such a waste - 2 sandwiches went right into the garbage. I’ll never go there again.

  staff is like a rotating door so you never see the same people twice, but the bagels and food are fresh and delicious

  Great bagels but the service is horrible. Takes forever to get served because the staff moves in slow motion.. if the person ahead of you orders an egg sandwich, you will be waiting until he receives the sandwich because the staff cannot multitask. Great bagels though!

  Staff is very friendly. Prices are good. Highly recommend texting in your order saves so much time
