  My first time here was great. Then it just went downhill. I've noticed they took orders from people they were friends with first even though i'm waiting on the line. This place is always packed so that's not fair to take someone else's orders first when I've been waiting for so long. Also I always ask for toasted and they have been burning it. Which just makes the whole sandwich disgusting. I like coming here but they need to stop messing up.

  They never disappoint! I buy their bagels all the time and they're always so fresh! Super friendly staff and great prices - can't beat that!

  Excellent, great neighborhood bagel shop with a LARGE selection of delicious in house baked bagels, spreads, sandwiches, fresh salads made to order, etc. I live close, and I am a regular. Because they are so good, they get crowded often. Weekend mornings you may spend about 20min combined time standing in line to place an order and waiting for it being made. But I think it's worth it. I highly recommend them. I am lucky to have such an exemplary Brooklyn bagel place close to my house.
