::The service could be better - the guys behind the counter are always extremely rushed and I feel that that are a bit rude. There's a premium on the food at this place - and I feel that the service should correspond to this premium, but unfortunately it does not. I also do not see why there's the hype and why it's so busy - the bagels are OK. Not bad, but not great either. I've had better bagels at places not too far from this one. There IS a large variety of stuff on the menu, however, which is a plus. There's room for improvement for this place, but in all these years, they haven't tried to improve. I guess because they do have a following.

::One of my absolute favorite breakfast place! Fresh great tasting food! I love the italian guy there (I'll get the name next time) he's super nice and gets it all right. But overall they're all awesome. I go there almost every Saturday morning. :-)

::Rude and obnoxious!!! $35 for a dozen bagels?? Are they made with gold??? All we did was add a couple of flagyls to the dozen. The tuna was so fishy and the egg salad had no taste. What a disappointing visit to this Bagel boss. I have been to other locations and it is much better. Not worth going again!!!
