  I workout here about 3 to 4 times a week, it is very family like setting once u get to know the staff, I love the place and they are very friendly and helpful. I have also lot a ton of weight working out here, met some very nice people and learned alot

  Been going to Bad Mikeys for years. Strongest I've ever been. Great place, great people. Feels like home !!

  I have been taking Bad Mikey's Fitness boot camp and Boxing classes for the past 6 months. Not only do you get a great circuit workout, the small class sizes allow the instructor (Matt) to really put a focus on teaching form as well as fitness. Would highly recommend.

  I've been a member at Bad Mikey's for well over five years, maybe over six. They say time flies when you're having fun, and it feels like I joined just yesterday. During my time here, I have tried most of the programs they offer. Everything from Muay Thai Kickboxing to their Boot Camp. Currently, I participate in a Boxing program and a circuit training program. My son even trains here now and loves it, he's 6. Coaches motivate you, other members motivate you, you set goals and follow through. The OWNERS not only get you ready, but they actually run obstacle races with you. You don't get that everywhere. You don't get that anywhere. The kids fitness programs are fantastic. The coaches care and seem to be personally invested in the kids' success. The short story is, at Bad Mikey's, I'm not member number 0682517 who gets a half-hearted "hi" as I scan my card. I'm Chris, they push me if I'm not putting in 100%, and recognize when I give 110%.

  Bad Mikey's is hands down the best place to go for a great workout! I take both fitness and boxing classes, and I love it!! I'm so glad to have found this place to help me reach my fitness goals. Highly recommend!
