Ok so here it goes. Really cool place inside. Of course they are new and working out some kinks, unfortunately those kinks are hopefully the food. Everyone there was so friendly and courteous, great service. Wings were so small (maybe I’m comparing them to Loco’s/Lincoln’s). Nachos were solid along with the presentation, however the plate they were served on was way to big for our 2 person table and could barely fit another plate on it. The hot fried chicken was very good but the actual piece of chicken was way too thin for that bun, needs to be bigger for sure. The best part of the meal were the fries that came w the sandwich. They were unreal and just like McDonalds fries. And if you don’t like McDonalds fries then you need to re-evaluate your life. Hopefully the owner/manager reads this and can agree. I can’t wait to come back in a few weeks and see if I still feel the same way.

New to southie, i'm glad somebody is finally doing BBQ around here! Tough to find quality BBQ in New England, but was really pleased with Betty's when I stopped in on Friday last week!

Very cool new spot in Southie. Atmosphere was amazing, staff was very friendly and helpful I was torn between a burger or tips, after talking to waitstaff, i ordered steak tips with handcut chips. Steaktips were very juicy, big, delicious and cut like butter. I do have to add though that everything on menu looked fantastic. I am going back next time and trying the burger. The bar i sat at was designed to look like your everyday backyard garage complete with roll up doors, memorabilia, and craftsmen cabinets that looked like toolboxes. I look forward to trying it out again. Pleasant to see one of the owners onsite making sure everyone was enjoying the food and having a great experience. I highly recommend this new hip joint to anyone.
