  5lb $25 shea butter turns into almost $52.00. They charge you $10 for your inconvenience to them of not spending $100 or more plus shipping cost. If you express your concern they will refund you $2. Normally when unrefined shea butter comes it has the brown skin pieces still but their shea came softened and vaccum sealed which had no shell... skin NOTHING so it's been refined. Will not be a returning customer. Sorry

  So far I like this company. The customer service was good on the phone and in-person. The gentleman was very nice and patient with me. He allowed me to "sample" other scents, which allowed me to buy another product. This is a warehouse, not a store, so there is no set-up for customers. The gentleman at the front desk took his time to find products for me to sample and gave me a brochure. The part I did not like, but i guess there is no way around it, is the $10 charge because I did not order $100 worth of product. So a $6 product turns out to be $16.
