::Ash is an absolute saint! My kids love her! She’s thoughtful and careful with them and their needs. She brings activities to occupy them. This is my second booking with Ash and I trust her completely. Have had nothing but good experiences with babysitters of Charlotte. Today I booked Porsha for a last minute medical appointment, again kids are happy, house is tidy. She was even thoughtful enough to put the toddler down for a nap before I got home so I could rest. I am always happy with sitters from this service ❤️

::Hello, I hired this service on July, 20,2021 for babysitting services at a hotel for 2 children for August 7th. I was having a Retirement party at the Holiday Inn Charlotte Center City downtown after serving 22 years in the United States Army. Once booked, I received an email of my booking and a lady called me to confirm. Fast forward two weeks before the party, I received several emails stating that changes were constantly being made to my booking so I called to see what was going on. The lady advised me that they had to swap sitters but everything was good to go. I said ok. On the night of my event. No one showed up. Almost an hour after the sitter was suppose to be there someone contacted me asking if the sitter showed up. I said no. The lady tried to contact the sitter but she did not answer. Then she tried to get someone else but failed to at the last minute. I was told that the sitter would be fired and that I would be refunded immediately. Here it is August 19th and I have yet to recieve my refund of $72. To make matters worse my 4 and 6 year old had to party with me all night at an adult party when they were only suppose to be there for the formal portion. I will never use this service again and I do not recommend them at all. I have attached the screenshot conversation and a pictures of my babies and one of my guest. Update: My refund is currently processing after contacting the business today. I am on the fence about using this business in the future if I have a need for childcare.

::The day before the arrival the babysitter texted and informed me who she was and she would be watching the children. On the day the babysitter was to arrive she did so 15 minutes prior to arrival time, the babysitter was extremely professional, both my children warmed up to her like she was a magnet, when I called to check on my children she was responsive and spoke clearly and respectfully. I highly recommend Babysitters of Charlotte, the most professional service of care for child care that I will call upon again in the future.
