::The owner is respectful and the shop is nice and clean. Here is my issue: the website says they repair BMW. So I assumed it would be somewhat affordable than dealership. Just to confirm I even call ahead to get an approximate labor estimate for replacing water pump. I was quoted approx $300. So I took a day off from work and took my car there. After taking a look they quoted $900 in labor cost. They said it's BMW so it's expensive. As expected I ran away. To keep in perspective the BMW dealership had quoted $500 for labor. I ended up getting the work done an independent BMW Shop for $275 ( labor only) Very expensive , unreasonable cost and wasted my time. Will avoid especially if you have German car ...

::Left a message for them to call back with a price for repair. Nobody got the message so I had to call back. Then he quotes me a price $400 more than the next guy for a simple repair. No thanks. Customer beware.

::Finding another repair shop at this point. Set up an appointment with this station to have my Nissan reflashed. They have a guy cone in to do it by appointment I guess. I took half a day off and soecifically asked the owner would the guy definitely be coning to the appointment if I set it up as I would have to take time off from work before I scheduled the appointnent. I came in to sit for the afternoon. After an hour the third party guy cancelled. I understand the owner was dealing with a third party. HOWEVER he should have made it clear to me there was no guarantee the guy would show to do the work. I would have taken it to Nissan instead. I asked him when he called the third party to confirm with him he would definitely be there. He told me he would. Then the owner acted like it had been totally out of his hands. He did bear some responsibility for my inconvenience.
