  Customer service sucks. Understaffed and staff that is around doesn't care. They hide in the aisles on their phones and hand out. When they do show up, they roll their eyes at the customers. This is why our registry is at Buy Buy Baby. Completely different environment and staff is actually ready and waiting to help the customers! No wonder Toys R Us went bankrupt! Non-existent management!

  I would like to recognize Sam, the manager at this Babies R Us location. After a bit of a mix up with one of our registry items (not the fault of Babies R Us) Sam was able to track down the item for us. She spent a long time trying to help us, making numerous calls and she eventually was able to solve the problem. She really went above and beyond to help us and was so polite and personable! Thanks, Sam!
