  These guys were fantastic! They arrived right on time. Were extremely professional and didn't let any grass grow under their feet. They got right to work! The carpet looked like new when they were done. If you need your carpets cleaned, don't hesitate to give them a call! I will use B & W Carpets Care Long Island for all of my future cleaning needs!   The owner was wonderful. It was difficult to find someone that would agree to steam clean one room on a fourth floor (we live in an apartment and only one room is carpet). B & W Carpets Care Long Island has the right equipment to do a small job like this. The owner showed up on time, steamed it to beautiful, crop-circled perfection, gave us friendly instructions on drying time and how to take care of future stains. Best of all, no harsh chemicals. Our room smells like a brand new room. We will definitely use them again.

  I will never forget the kindness this company have shown me. They totally respect us when we called them to come to our house to clean our nasty carpets. What a splendid company indeed!
