  I highly recommend this gym. This is the best workout I've ever had and very challenging. Everybody here is very supportive and motivating! Do yourself a favor and join this life changing gym!

  I LOVED participating in the six-week fitness challenge at AZ Fitness Plus! The staff is incredibly helpful and supportive, the community aspect is fantastic, and I really felt like I had all the tools to be successful in the program. I liked it so much that I signed up for a whole year of classes! Thank you to the staff at AZ Fitness Plus for helping me realize my fitness goals when no one else could.

  I absolutely love this gym! I got bored and hit a plateau going to a "standard fitness gym" and then I stumbled upon this place. It has taught me new skills, challenged me, and i have set new goals! The trainers are absolutely amazing and the environment is awesome. I feel motivated and pushed to be a better stronger me! Results of hard work and dedication are amazing!

  I strongly recommend this gym. I used to be a runner but ate myself into a jogger. I tried all last year to cut the weight on my own but failed. Found this gym on InstaGram and joined for the 6 Week Challenge and it was a great decision. I dropped 29 lbs in 40 days by following their meal plan and going to the Hit N Fit classes about 4 days a week. The online accountability group helped keep me on track with weekly check-ins. The classes were fun and the trainers kept me focused with classes that included stretching, jump ropes, boxing, different types of strength training, and core workouts. Just ran my first half marathon back at a running pace and I owe it all to this gym and the trainers there. They provide everything you need. Family based and make you feel like you belong there. Thanks Aaron, Nate, Britt, and Johnny!

  My wife and I just started to attend, and we love it. Great classes and great people. Aaron and Johnny are good trainers and easy to learn from. Nathan and Britt are awesome people as well, one of the main reasons we signed up. So willing to help you out in anyway and very easy to get along with. I have been to many gym's, and the reason we love this one is that they make it fun to go.
