  First time calling, had a difficult time getting through because of issues with the phones, but then once we did, wife was able to speak to the attorney and get a wealth of information about how to deal with her accident proactively. Will definitely be calling them back after seeing how insurance handles the incident. They advised us that they are happy to be our backup plan in case the insurance company does not show a willingness to give us the maximum policy limits from the other driver (which the car accident attorney here said was probably going to be what the insurance company does based on her assessment of the situation.) But insurance companies can be extremely difficult to work with as we have experienced in the past so we were glad to have the help of these guys on this one! Thanks again and God bless
