  Dallas in reception was amazingly helpful! She was very patient with our delicate situation and made it possible to book an appointment at the spa with ease! If booking an appointment is this pleasant, I can only imagine what the spa staff and facility is like!!! Kudos to Away Spa! I will definitely be booking there again! Thank you!

  Inconsistent and cancels appointments with no apologies, not always the most friendly. You could pay less and get better service. Been 4 times and very disappointed.

  Scheduling an appointment is impossible. Even if you're a guest and an SPG member and call to book an appointment with 4 hours notice they won't have space. What good is a hotel SPA if you can't get a booking to use it? I would have spent a substantial amount of money at the SPA but there was no one there to provide the service on multiple occasions. They need more on-demand flexible scheduling with SPA services. Big missed opportunity on their behalf. This is not an issue at the W in Chicago.

  The most relaxing afternoon I've had in my life. Top notch staff and amenities. I found this spa online. After several attempts to call to schedule services I settled for leaving a voicemail. Three days went by with no communication. I emailed a letter of discontent. It was promptly returned by a courteous apology. My services were quickly scheduled via email. Today I was on cloud nine after a massage, facial and pedicure. Nothing could have made my day more pleasurable. Upon checking out the receptionist informed me AWAY had made some accommodations for me due to the disappointment experienced during scheduling. It was completely unexpected and a true show of good faith from the management team. Please consider scheduling a service if in Austin. I will be back.
