  If you like Wearby Parker, it's a very similar service. It's full of people so you might have to wait, but people are very nice and helpful. I will try my new luggage but they look really nice and even though they're pricey, they have life warranty. :) Let's see

  Splurge on your next suitcase. Do it, do it!!! Especially with Away. The bags are trendy, sturdy and probably my favorite traveling accessories. The staff in the store and those online via customer service are amazing. They helped me locate a color I wanted on a Sunday! You really can’t beat that.

  After Only two uses I noticed the bottom of the case would drag no matter how light or heavy I packed it. I emailed the company and there reply was literally, "I took a look at the picture you attached and can assure you that this type of wear is definitely normal for that area on the luggage!" How is a ripped seam normal usage? They won't honor their lifetime warranty. Stay away from the luggage company. I should have listened and bought a Rimowa.
