::The staff are too laid back. We asked for the shuttle and they couldn’t tell us how long it would take since the other driver decided to go home. Don’t count on the shuttle if you’re going to the port. We ended up paying for an uber. It’s also not a 5 minute drive like they said, it’s more like 10-15 minutes.

::They work with you and one of the few that allow one way rentals also. There fleet has a nice selection as well 👍

::It came as a huge surprise for the staff that all the cruise passengers would turn up early to get a car and get on the road early. Rather they had figured that the cruise guests returning their cars would do so in time for the incoming guests to get the cars... poor timing..! As an AVIS Preferred customer there was none of the service usually found at the rental offices. Use the rental office at the airport, they'll likely also have a greater choice of vehicles.

::This was a truly awful experience. We waited 45 minutes in the hot sun for the shuttle to arrive. It then dropped us half a block from the office and we had to drag our bags there. There was no preferred counter or option, so we had to wait in line for half an hour to get serviced. The check in process went quickly, but the it took 15 minutes for them to get the car ready. What a waste of time that could have been used much more effectively. I would not rent again from this location. Since it is the only one with a shuttle from the cruise terminal, I may need to try another car company next time my cruise ends in Miami.

::I tried this location out because it was the closest to the port without having a drop off fee and they offered a shuttle to the port. Which I am truly grateful for. However, the vehicle was not clean. SO GLAD I was just taking it to the airport in Ft. Lauderdale the same day. I'm a National Car rental girl and I guess I will stay that way. One of the ladies inside is the only reason I would go back. But not enough for me to rent there again. Sorry! There is also no good way to get in touch with them when you are waiting at the port in the heat to find out where the one and only shuttle is coming. Not good!
