  Horrible customer service ,and they almost never pick up. When you try to extend the rental on the car by phone, they don't record it, so they can charge you late fees (Shady!), later. Ghetto acting staff and rude manager. Then they lie about calling you. Thing is, it's the manager himself that does it! (Note:The 800 number they tell you to call is a waste of time, as well.)

  Godawful experience 2 times at this location. Overcharging you when you return the car. Manager is totally unethical and rude.

  Convenient location and super-easy check in! Helpful and friendly staff. Great weekly rate!
