  Just a complete jerk. The guy around 40 with the mullet had horrible customer service. When I was there he had 3 customers including me all arguing with him about something. He lied, he over charged me, and wouldn’t let me go and fill up the tank so I wouldn’t be charged 10 dollars a gallon. The car was still out front and I had the keys and said if I left to go fill it up he would call the police. I really hope someone from Avis customer service reaches out because I want money back. With the gas 90 dollars added on to a bill of 500. So 600 for 8 days is bull.

  Good service, no wait and helpful staff. Got me going fast and gave me great tips on how to save money on car rental by timing my return date and time right. Appreciated that!!

  Worst experience with a car rental. Owner/manager did not honor our reservation made with centralized reservation system. When we got there the owner/manager already accepted 6 reservations when he only had 2 cars. When we explained we took a cab to get the reserved car and we found his ambivalence unacceptable he kicked us out of the office. Go anywhere else but Avis/Budget and absolutely do not use this Pittsburgh office!

  Allen was very customer friendly. Our monthly agreement had to be modified and it became very messy. We could not understand the charges or coverage etc we were getting and Allen explained everything clearly and made sure we had the best deal without having to pay extra. Awesome service!! I agree with an earlier review "YOU GUYS ROCK"!!
