::The guy is rude I've been a loyal custom for Avis for a while now I live in Florida i never had a issues with renting a car until now he wouldn't accept my passport which I understood but the lease he could help do was offer transportation to my hotel to get my id I had to used uber to and from hotel using over 100.00 3 ways just to get this car to enjoy my vacation he wasnt friendly couldn't provide any help his name is Patrick Cassidy sad part is he is the owner of this location I would never use this location again gave me the key didn't tell me where the car was what kind of car no nothing didn't even walk me around the car to see if any damage was on the vehicle I notice minor scratches and I took photos for my protection first time to St. Louis and so far not a good look

::I do not like that I feel the need to post negative reviews but this was the most inhospitable car rental place I have ever rented from. The car was not vacuumed or clean. Although the interior was sprayed with some type freshener the seats and floors were unacceptable. This was not a last minute rental. I ordered this a day or so before picking up. When we got to the store, because of the heat, I was sweating profusely. I asked the attendant Justin for a paper towel or tissue to wipe my face. He declined and made not effort to offer water, a paper towels from the restroom, or even a tissue. I had to walk next door and ask some constitution men if I could use some of their paper towels. I would not ever send anyone to this location. I have not been treated in such a way as a guest and this was a business rental. Mediocre experience at best.
