::Horrible customer service! I had a car reserved and paid for to take to the airport but as I was on vacationing and enjoying myself I lost track of time, I rushed out the door to get there before they closed and called them to tell them I was on my way...... first off the guy was extremely rude on the phone and ended up hanging up on me, then I arrived at 6:02, two minutes after closing and he refused to serve me. Now I acknowledge I was late and should not have been but where is the customer service? We rent often through Avis due to my husbands travel and am preferred customer yet I get treated so rudely? I called hoping he could pull up my paperwork and do all his work before he closed at 6. Instead I get barked at on the phone, hung up and then rudely told I should have been on time. If you have another choice I would choose a different location, unless you want to be treated like garbage.

::WARNING!! Arrived home in Australia only to find we have been charged twice for the one rental. Have been trying to resolve this issue only to be given the run around for 6 weeks now with still no response from their so called complaints department. Rent from Avis at your own risk! They are not there to assist you should you have problems.
