  Friendly but service is questionable. They definitely try to nickel and dime you here. Was given 3 different prices over the phone and they would not change my rate for a weekly rental. Interesting customer service.

  I originally rented a Buick sedan for a day to go into Rocky Mountain National Park a few days ago. The agent who helped me actually ended up upgrading my fiancé and I to a Jeep Wrangler for $10 less a day than the Buick, and it had AWD. They were incredibly pleasant and helpful, and allowed me to return the Jeep to the airport.

  We got a good deal on a clean car. No nit-pick about wear and tear. Probably would not use again when we need multiple drivers, other services include it... otherwise pleasant experience. The parking lot is awful. Especially getting dropped off. Plan ahead, use GPS, and be patient. Traffic can be crazy.

  Convenient if you're staying downtown. Staff are decent and get you on your way faster than at most rental outlets. It's possible to return your car when closed by leaving your car under the porch or in the car park next door (it is not an Avis car park so check with staff which one). Just drop your keys in the key drop box. Hope that helps.
