  Budget is THE WORST company to rent a car from. They require a credit card even if you have more than enough money on your debit. The front staff was rude and unprofessional. Before I was even seen, the woman running the front desk was taking a personal call in the back. I will NEVER recommend this business to anyone.

  There service is so bad and they don't have cars. Whenever I call they never have Cars. They might as well close the busniess. There customer service is so bad. I wouldn't even give this place a quarter of a star they are that bad. Very bad. Whenever i go past avis they do have Cars and they lie. There is a lady who is do rude with every one I can't even explain. She yells at her customers and she doesn't even greet anyone

  The person who was helping the us was very rude to us and the customer who was before us, she was yelling him, she threw paper on him and talked very rudely. I am not happy from their service and they dont have cars avalibale.

  I have been using this rental location for years up until this last time I will no longer rent from this location. Shirley could not have been more rude she talked to me like I was an idiot. Every time I rent from there and use my debit card. I understand the policy very well that they run a credit check when the swipe the card. I always pay in advanced for my rentals and now I have been charged two times. When I prepaid on my Debit Card this time my credit check was denied for some reason even tho my credit is good so I had to use my other credit card and the full amount plus the $100 was taken off of there and I was charged on my debit credit card the prepay amount which has not come off yet after a week. Essentially now I have paid two times and upon calling Shirley was extremely rude to me. I WILL NEVER GO BACK TO THIS LOCATION AGAIN THANKS TO HER!!!!!

  DONT GO HERE. Went to get brakes done spent $800 dollars, and when I took my car back minutes later because brakes were making a strange noise after all the work was done the manager told me it was fine. To not worry. Next day noise grew louder so took it somewhere else to be looked at, and they put my calibers on INCORRECTLY!!!! Rediculous
