  The service of pick up is easy and quick. The same is the return. The hyndai accent has enough power and well cleaned. When complained about the charge of gas right after we put a full tank, manager is extremely nice to promise the refund without taking our time and we saw the refund couple days later.

  Disloyal, do not trust, make sure you keep all evidence of your paper work if you do business with them. Read carefully all the info, do not sign if there is missing or unclear information. They will not hesitate to rip you off! BEWARE!

  A charge of 15.98 that I did not agree to was added to my bill. My fault "trusting" the manager and not reviewing my charges before signing. A charge of 40.79 showed up on my credit card 24 hours after the fact. Will not be renting from Avis again.

  I was here to pick a rental booked by my employer. I was told the reservation doesnt have any kind of insurance which was not the case. I had a 14 day rental. And was charged for ~$900 for insurance. This is definately not what I was expecting. I have been using AVIS for quite some time but I will definately not recommend this location.

  The corporate site allowed us to book a car here even though this location had none available. To correct this, the local agent arranged for us to have the only available vehicle in the city, a full sized Ford Transit 12 passenger van instead of the car we booked. The pro is that we had a vehicle, the con is that because of Avis's mistake, we spent over $100 in fuel driving a beast.
