  Extremely poor customer service and a lack of professionalism from a member of staff at the corporate office. Was slightly pessimistic ahead of time after reading some of the reviews on here, but decided to give them the benefit of the doubt. Should have trusted the reviews as the lack of care or appreciation for clients is non-existent. Very disappointing.

  Avenue must have the worst on-line Customer Service personnel on the planet. I am personally all for every human being having the opportunity to prosper - but the jerks Avenue employ not only don't care to speak well enough to be understood, they have the nerve to further be RUDE! Because of 2 main individuals and the lack of training of others the simple return of 1 pair of on-sale gifted leggings is turning into a mega problem. Don't charge customers before you've resolved issues. Now I'm paying for crap you would not accept back and obviously now can't find. Damn America, we've got to do better!

  I will not be purchasing from Avenue again I purchased a Jacket my size is a 26/28 but I purchased a 30/32 the jacket did not fit at all. So I had no other choice but to return it because I couldn't do nothing with it. It took damn near 3 to 4 weeks before they so called received it. For them to only refund me $9.30 from a $25.00 purchase and when you call you get a run around. When I asked for the number to corporate I'm being told they don't have corporate info they refused. They have lost my business. I will be disputing this charge with my credit card company.

  Live an hour from the store. Brought in a top that didn't fit 62 days after I bought it because it was the wrong size.. had receipt and tags still on it. They wouldn't even let me exchange it for one that fit me. Lousy polices...unrealistic...will.never shop here again. I hope their doors shut. You do whatever to make the customer happy...because you exist due to your customers. Without them you are nonexistent. In addition they need to improve the quality of their products. Jeans shouldn't have holes in them 6 months later. And if they do.....replace them to make the customers happy and worth the money they paid. They need to evaluate their business model...call the CEO of Lands End and LLBean...they know how to do it right! Rant done...

  What a pain in the butt. They sent me the wrong size and when I called I was given a hard time, even thought I had two communications indicating that I place the order in the correct size. I wanted them to waive the postage fee for me to return the item and the representative said "she needed to contact the Corporate Headquarters" to get permission to waive the postage fee. It was their error not mine, and they are making me jump through hoops to return the item. Not a fan of the store. Love.... Roaman's - they have a great return/exchange policy
