  I have been going to Aveda for years and have had a lot of positive experiences. I have a signature style, a bob, but the stylist plays around with the cuts. Adrianna changed it from a straight blunt cut to one with a little more graduation and it's awesome. Still easy for me to take care of and looks amazing. I get lots a compliments about it, and who doesn't love compliments?

  Had my hair cut and colored by Elle for the 2nd time. 1st time was good and 2nd was very good. The cut I received was fantastic (one of the best ever after receiving excellent service at an Aveda salon for many years) and color was what I asked for. The only bad news was when I asked for her for my 3rd visit (she said she would still be there) the front desk said they could not assign her because they were not certain about how many hours she had left. I am still going to try and get her assigned to me though.

  After being told that the student and supervisor were familiar with curly hair they proceeded to butcher my daughter's haircut. When expressing our growing concern, the supervisor was rude and condescending. It truly looked like a toddler had gotten hold of the scissors. In the past, the supervisors have made a point of helping the students and making sure that you walked out with a good cut. This supervisor was rude and couldn't be bothered. We were comped the cut which we found out when we went to pay. Because my daughter was leaving for school the next day, I had to find someone to fix it in a hurry and ended up spending $80 to get it fixed. Never again!

  I had a 90 minute facial done by Franki and she was amazing!i It was so relaxing. I will definitely be going back and taking my friends and my family! She takes great pride in what she does and let me know what she was doing every step of the way. I highly recommend the relaxing atmosphere, the amazing aromas, and the wonderful quality of work!

  I had them cut fourteen inches off and donated my hair to wigs for kids. I was nervous about cutting off so much and Leah really took the time and effort to make sure I had a positive experience and was happy with my hair. Everyone was so positive, and really included me in the creative process. Leah wasn't afraid to try new techniques to get it just right, and I'm so happy with the results! I know I couldn't have had this experience anywhere else, and I will definitely be going back.
