  This is the only vapor shop I go to as I am fairly "anti-vapor shop". The staff is always professional and attentive. During my last visit, Ethan went above and beyond to troubleshoot my device and make sure it was completely operational before leaving. He even went so far as to offer to have me call the shop the next day to make sure my issue was resolved. Ethan has been in the shop on other occasions I've been in, and he definitely knows the products.

  Awesome experience from the moment I walked into the door! The staff was professional, knowledgeable, and extremely helpful. They answered every question I had. They have products for everyone's budget. Quite frankly, I wouldn't go anywhere else.

  Awesome staff and awesome service and awesome flavors!!! Ethan and Maggie rock. I call in and get service over the phone how to work or fix and adjust all my devices. I bought the new prince today having a little trouble with the vape, but Ethan was more than willing to guide me through. Still no vape to no avail lol. I will be seeing you in the morning Maggie.

  Phenomenal customer service!!! Not only did they take their time with helping me find a perfect device and juice to quit smoking with, but they gave great advice and were there to help me when I damaged my device. Definitely choose these guys over any other Vapor shop any day, hands down!!

  Extremely knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. The entire staff at Avail on Richmond Rd are great. Competitive prices and great rewards too!
