  Best place I've lived in Seattle! Moved into my apartment last Summer and Dustin was extremely helpful and informative and helped make the move easy and smooth. The building always smells nice and is clean. Great to have access to the rooftop and beautiful view of the water, and enjoy the frequent events and holiday decorations. Overall a fun, great place to live, no complaints!

  I love living here! The office staff is kind, warm, funny, and they provide great service! They're always happy to go above and beyond for their residents. The maintenance team has had some growing pains recently, but they're on track for recovery, and the critical things are always handled promptly. Overall, AVA Queen Anne has been a great place to live, and I'll be happy to keep living here, so long as Amazon doesn't over-inflate property values, and I can afford to live in the neighborhood.

  My experience here has been very good. The office staff is very friendly, attentive, and helpful. In fact, my experience with Dustin is one of the main reasons I renewed this past year. Since his joining this location, I feel there is a much better community feel here.

  We moved from NYC to Seattle a couple of weeks ago and were looking for a new home. Recently we have visited Ava Queen Anne. We liked everything about the building itself and the people who work there. Jody, the property consultant, is amazing. The building is nice, great gym, free coffee in the lobby. Apartments are beautiful too. Great layouts. Highly recommended!

  I’m so happy I moved to AVA Queen Anne! I needed to move in less than a week and the leasing team pulled through and made it happen. The apartment is bright and the location is awesome. Very close to the waterfront and Lower Queen Anne shops. I have a dog and the place is very dog friendly. HUGE plus in my book. :)
