  The apartments are beautiful with outstanding people. Angela from the leasing office helps with all my questions and concerns with grace and patience.

  Food was ok, but not worth the price. But what made this really average was the service. They started by offering us a tasting menu which we ordered, but then the server came back and said that since there were 3 of us we'd need to pay for 4 because it came in pairs only... And then asked us if we still wanted it! So we just ordered each something, and I had time to finish my dish before my friend's dish came. My other friend's dish came another 10 minutes later. So not an awful place at all, but there are just so many better options in the neighborhood,I wouldn't go there.

  Moved here in November and it was the easiest transition ever. The staff is amazing and always quick to help us with any issues. Angela and Juan never seem to let us down. The building has SO many beautiful amenities, high security, and awesome location in DTLA. Couldn’t ask for a better place to live.

  I'm really enjoying my time living here at AVA. What makes it so great is the staff, especially Angela and Juan. With Angela, we were able to sign a lease within just a few days and everything went very smoothly. My roommates and I are both so grateful for the entire staff's help. All of the staff are super friendly and prompt to any and all problems. Highly recommend living here!
