  Very disappointing. Dropped off a receiver for a repair that a rudimentary internet search indicates is a known issue. Received a prompt call a week later that it was an easy repair and would have it done in a couple days. Two months later after calls to them, they inform me they can not repair the receiver. "We have 80 hours of tech time at $35/hour trying to fix this and it is not repairable". (That would be $2,800 owed to a tech on a $700 receiver?) In addition they scratched up the unit. So I paid them $40 to keep my receiver 2 months and scratch it..... Not happy. Took receiver to a different repair shop and they called next day saying no problem, have it fixed by tomorrow.

  Has had my tv since 10/2/2017 and continue to lie and make excuses why not done. Asked about refund on what I paid and was denied. Here it is 1/24/2018 still no tv.

  Had a TV the picture went out but had sound!! Dropped it off on a Thursday and it was done by Monday!! Week definitely use him again for any TV issues!!

  I gave them a TV late September 2016, they never returned my calls except twice, I picked up my TV July 2017. During the time they kept it, they never updated me. It's still not fixed and they told me that the part was no longer made. I have had my broken TV back one day and already got the part and am fixing it myself. They don't refund even if they don't help you.

  Great customer service! We had a 55" that needed repairs & couldn't be more pleased. Love the convenience they provide by coming to you for an estimate & then bringing the TV back. He also gave us advice on maintenance for the future upkeep of our TV, fantastic!
