  Good Autozone store, staff is nice, accommodating and on point. It’s never too crowded. I order parts and they always get there when they say so.

  The AutoZone on 174 in the Bronx that's what are the worse is AutoZone I have a been to The service is real slow and the employees are real rude they don't know how to talk to a person The managers have to do something about that because if not someone can go in there and do something to one of the employees do you have to shape up and start learning how to talk to people and get more people to work with them because the service is real slow

  they have wonderful customer service. Took time to explain exactly what was needed. Treated us like family. My new go to Autozone.

  Some employees are helpful.. One especially called Jose who went out of his way to check what type of power steering fluid my car needed...Other ain't. When there on time for a check engine light. The person was one his phone the entire time.
