  Went there from the Bergenfield store since the have what I need plus needed to return an item to get the one I needed. while doing the return the sale associated put my number wrong twice. I spell my name in slow motion still puts it wrong. Anyways I found what I needed to my job done. Auto zone personal needs more training on how to welcome customers. The old days are gone. Then most store ask why they don't have customer people like me like to get stuff online no line and no one to deal with. But when you need something done right away you need to go the stores no option on that.

  They are so helpful! The guy working there came outside and looked at my car and answered my questions, really took the time and went above and beyond. Great customer service!

  I was very unhappy with my visit here. I'm not very knowledgeable about cars so I was hoping to rely on the store associates for help. When I asked about the right windshield wipers I was told I had to go to my car and figure it out. Mind you, I had already been in line for about 15 minutes. When I asked if they could look in the system to help me find the right ones (I know they can put it my car info and see which ones I need) the guy said no and and said I would have to go back to my car and find out myself. I walked out of the store very unhappy.

  Great service. I went to check for a license frame and ended up having the job done. Thanks to the manager who was very kind in helping me. Kudos!
