::This place has by far the worst phone customer service EVER!!! I called early noon and had me on hold for 8 minutes and then I tried calling again 15 minutes later and told the guy who answered that they've been having me on hold for a long time and are they really that busy to where they can't give a God damn quote over on the phone?? The "guy" said sorry sir but I have a customer and can you please hold? And had me on hold for another 7-8 minutes. I drove by the place and hardly any customers while all the other workers were just wondering around. And to let everyone know, i live less than 5 minutes away. The reason why i didnt want to wast my time walking in and making the phone call is because they dont always have the part i need here at this Autozone and always sent me to other Autozones. Called again at 7:28 pm and had me on HOLD again for 15 minutes before they got to me. I drove by again and this time and yet hardly any customers and workers walking around. Pissed me off for putting me on hold that long and went elsewhere to buy what I need. Don't get me wrong, I like this Autozone location but they need to bump up thier phone service. Too many times I walk in and got send out to other locations.
