  I went there to see if I needed a battery because it took a lot of effort to start my car one night. Mike waited on me, tested my battery, and determined I did need a new one. Got my battery installed but accidentally locked my keys in the car while he was installing it. (The new battery tripped my locking system when it was hooked up) He was so nice. Found the phone number to OnStar for me and let me use his personal phone as long as I needed to get someone to come unlock my car. I couldn't believe how nice and helpful he was. He was a real lifesaver that night! They have my business forever!

  I was standing in line for 35 mins until some one helped me. Good people but VERY VERY VERY under staff , no store manger or assistant manager to talk to both were on vacation not a very good idea . Some one needs to help this store or just go to O'Reillys

  This AutoZone offers an extraordinarily good battery warranty. I purchased a duralast gold battery in March of 2017 and was left stranded with a dead battery late one night north of DFW airport after flying in and being tired. I had AAA come and install a new battery. The AAA guy told me that my battery was marked with a date of 7/2014 which made my 8 month old battery actually over 3 years old. Now it made sense. Anyway while I was inconvenienced by a dead battery- AutoZone made good on their warranty by giving me back the entire cost of the battery. I was impressed and wanted to share their warranty policy- at least this particular Autozone. I'm a fan.
