  Unfortunately it's not uncommon that I have issues when I tried to exchange brake pads or drums that are under warranty, for some reason they never find me in the system though I only have one phone number, as they often ask you if it's possible that you may have put it under another number. I only shop at AutoZone unless they don't have an item that I need, but they always have the drums and the brakes, so I could have not purchased them anywhere else. After a long ordeal and trying to find out what happened. Saul was extremely helpful and was able to figure out how to get these warranted for me and replaced, he is my number one guy to go to hear in the future!

  Personnel are awesome and friendly. I go here because it's close to my house and I know almost all of the employees
