  I been going to this auto zone since it open.. At first perfect place fast service and good parking.. But over the years it got lazy long lines and no parking at most times.. Its a back and fourth batter so no your day when its slow.. Fri and sat its a battle field

  I had to wait on the same line as someone unsure of what they wanted. I was there for 20 minutes before I got to the register. Then when my item was found in the computer I still had to wait for a manager to sign off on it. The manager was ringing up customer. So I had to wait until the manager finished with her customer which was another 10 minutes. A special line needs to be made for pickups only.

  It's good. The only thing is there's a swarm of street mechanics in the parking garage trying to fix your car regardless of the issue you're having. You have to say no thank you about six times before you actually enter the store. Other than that no problem.

  Staff is very nice and helpful when you get they're attention. The register layout is confusing leading people to the wrong line causing them wait twice. It would help if the different lines were labeled especially bring right next to each other.

  There was 3 employees plus a security guard working at 930 at night. It was like walking into night of the living dead in there. No one asked if I needed help. The security guard was more helpful and polite than the employees. One of the employees was mopping the same area for the entire time I was in there, one female was counting money while another was talking very lewdly and profanely about personal relationship issues. Completely inappropriate When I finally got help, the employee acted like he did not know what I was talking about and I had to pull up. A photo. I'm sure they all hate to be there because it shows. If you need parts, you are better off going to another location unless you specifically know what you need. Terrible service is why people rather shop online
